Roof Inspections & Certifications for Insurance

Independent, drone-documented roof inspections for Middle TN homeowners dealing with insurance non-renewal, claims, or warranty issues — with a clear written report you can hand your agent or adjuster.

Documentation Your Insurer Will Actually Accept

If your insurance company is questioning your roof — at renewal, after a storm, or during a claim — you need clear, credible documentation, not a guess. We inspect your roof with FAA Part 107 drone imagery and give you a written report with date-stamped photos you can hand to your agent, adjuster, or carrier. To be straight with you: we document the condition; your insurer makes the coverage decision. We won’t promise an outcome — we give you the evidence to make your case.

Roof Age & Condition Verification

Many homeowners get a non-renewal notice that assumes their roof is older or in worse shape than it really is — especially on a home you bought with a roof of unknown age. We document the roof’s apparent age, materials, and remaining useful life so you have an independent assessment to show your insurer. If the roof has years of life left, that’s worth proving. If it doesn’t, we’ll tell you straight.

Storm & Hail Damage Verification

After a wind or hail event, we document storm damage thoroughly — bruising, granule loss, lifted or torn shingles, and collateral damage to vents, gutters, and soft metals — with dated drone and ground photos. We can meet your adjuster on site so nothing legitimate is missed. We only document real, verifiable damage; we never manufacture or pad a claim.

Shingle Defects & Manufacturer Warranty Issues

Not all shingle failure is wear and tear. Manufacturing defects — blistering, thermal cracking, premature granule loss, or delamination — may be covered under your shingle manufacturer’s warranty rather than your insurance. As an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, we can identify and document these defects and help you understand and pursue a warranty claim. The manufacturer makes the final call; we give you the documented evidence.
